After installation of Roxio Media Creator 8 I receive an error indicating PxHlpa64.sys is corrupt. Selecting F8 then "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" will allow a normal boot. Deinstalling Roxio does not help. Research indicates this has occured on previous versions of XP. I cannot find a copy of "PxHlpa64.sys" and a search at Microsoft turns up nothing. Any suggestions on fixing problem?

It's a component of something called "Music Match" apparently.
Uninstalling that software (as it's clearly not vista compatible) will fix it.
